About the event
You've been wanting to get started but 2024 has already gotten away from you. However, let's come together and build a community around wellness. Codex is proud to present the 5am club series.
We will
Start with hip openers to allow you to sit well on your mat during meditation
Then do outer and inner vayus. An ancient art form to activate your inner energy centers. These are separate from chakras
After the vayus we will sit in observation of our internal energy systems and find our calm for meditation
We will come out of the meditation practice with a gentle yoga flow to prepare you for the day ahead
